Tasting Notes for Túnel Dry Herbs 70 cl. Liqueur (70 cl.). Túnel Hierbas Secas is a pale green liqueur with a wide range of herbal, balsamic, and anise aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with a pleasant balance between anise and herbs. A liqueur with a long finish and a warm, lingering aftertaste. About Túnel Dry Herbs Since 1898, the Antonio Nadal distilleries have been producing handcrafted liqueurs typical of Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain), capturing the essence of the Mediterranean herbs that grow on the island. They combine unique flavors and utilize the digestive and medicinal properties that have earned them a reputation in over 50 countries worldwide. Túnel Hierbas Secas is a traditional liqueur that honors and preserves the rich Mallorcan heritage. It is made from fennel, rosemary, peppermint, orange leaves, lemon leaves, chamomile, and lemon balm, all organically grown. The herbs are carefully macerated with dried anise for several months, resulting in a complex, flavorful, and aromatic liqueur, ideal for enjoying as an aperitif or after a meal, either on the rocks or served very cold. Distilled and aged in wooden barrels, it becomes a delightful schnapps specialty – the Old Hazelnut. Widespread and time-honored This popular nut variety has been known for millennia and thrives in almost all of Europe. The harvest of the nuts, which grow on bushes that are usually several meters high, begins in September. They are then dried for several weeks before we can process them in our fine distillery. Maceration and Distillation To further enhance the characteristic flavor of the hazelnuts, we roast them before maceration (soaking them in alcohol). This releases wonderful aromas that fill our entire distillery. Double-distilled, the incredibly aromatic hazelnut distillate is first aged in earthenware and then in wooden barrels, which gives it its exceptional smoothness and golden-yellow color.

0.5L Bottle FRUITY STRAWBERRY DELIGHT • Sweet, fruity strawberry brandy with a subtle hint of wood • Made from fully ripened strawberries • Matured in stoneware and then in wooden barrels • Intense flavor experience THE SWEET BRANDY FROM THE WOODEN BARREL We all know the scent and taste of fully ripe, deep red strawberries. Using vacuum distillation, we are able to extract the finest strawberry distillate from these flavorful fruits. Like all our heritage varieties, this one first matures in stoneware and then receives its characteristic finish during aging in a Prinz wooden barrel. THE PERFECT TIME Depending on the region and weather conditions, strawberries bloom between April and May. The strawberry season typically lasts until the beginning of August. Therefore, the time when strawberries are available extends roughly from May to July. At our orchard, the locally sourced fruit is carefully sorted. A visual and sensory inspection is carried out to ensure the highest quality. Since strawberries do not ripen after picking, they must be harvested at the perfect moment and processed immediately. A SPIRIT THAT DELIGHTS THE SENSES The Old Strawberry impresses at first glance with its wood-aged appearance and beautiful amber hue. The first whiff of this delicious strawberry specialty unfolds a true feast of aromas. The Old Strawberry is intensely fruity and exhibits the characteristic

0.5L Bottle FROM HONEY-YELLOW FRUIT TO FIRST-CLASS BRANDY Fruity and mild apricot brandy aged in wooden barrels Made from fully ripe, juicy apricots Aged for several months in Prinz wooden barrels Exceptionally smooth in taste and finish Apricots – the beloved fruit Whether as jam or compote, in dumplings or as a brandy specialty – their characteristic floral aroma is simply delightful. For our Prinz Old Apricot Brandy, we use only the finest, fully ripe, and juicy-sweet fruits. 100% good harvest, 100% quality Depending on temperature and weather, the first apricots begin to ripen towards the end of June, and their color gradually changes from green to a honey-yellow, slightly reddish hue. The main harvest season then begins in July for our fruit growers, whose orchards are located around the foothills of the Alps. At our orchard, we sort the delivered fruit. They undergo both visual and sensory inspection. Apricot Brandy from Wooden Barrels Unique Production Process Pited, stemmed, and mashed, the apricots undergo fermentation for approximately 18 days. The mash is then ready for distillation. A double distillation process produces a fruity, unmistakably aromatic distillate, which is then aged for several years in fine-pored stoneware. There, it can develop under optimal conditions before being transferred to wooden barrels for its final flavoring. We then refine the smooth brandy with natural ingredients.

0.5L Bottle Complex Plum Brandy Mild, subtly spicy plum brandy Made with the distillate of ripe plums from the region Double distilled and carefully refined Distinctive aroma and flavor The Old Plum: from the gardens of our homeland The Old Plum is particularly popular in our latitudes and, with its firm flesh and delicate, sweet-tart notes, offers the ideal conditions for a well-balanced distillate. As a subspecies of plum, the damson plum has a distinctive fruit character with a juicy, slightly compote-like flavor. The yellowish flesh has a high sugar content, making it very suitable for distilling. Between the end of August and September, the blue to black-violet fruits ripen in the orchards of our fruit growers. After delivery to our orchard, the fruit is processed immediately. Removing the pits is very important, as they would negatively affect the taste of the brandy. Plum Brandy with Aged Distillate Double-distilled, the fruity plum brandy is aged for an extended period in earthenware containers before being transferred to wooden barrels for several months. There, it develops its delicate maturity as the complex nuances of the local plums gently blend with the flavor notes of the wood. The dried plums continuously release their fruity nuances, giving the brandy its distinctive character.

Hand-picked fruit Cherries are among the most popular fruits of all. They have always been associated with a certain sensuality. And that doesn't begin with the fruit itself. Even the white-pink blossoms in spring are a true feast for the eyes and exude a delicate, sweet fragrance. From approximately June to July, the light to dark red cherries ripen. From our fruit growers, we source only hand-picked sweet and sour cherries from the best sunny locations. Freshly processed Since they lose their freshness quickly compared to other fruits, we process them immediately at our orchard in the Leiblachtal valley. Pitted, destemmed, and mashed, the cherry distillate is then gently distilled into a fruit-forward spirit, which matures for several years in a fine-pored stoneware container.
