France, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 is the new vintage of the Cuvée Prestige champagne from the renowned Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy group. It is the world's most famous and best-selling luxury champagne. Dom Pérignon Vintage is made exclusively from the finest grapes from the Grand Crus (best vineyards) of a single year. It reinterprets the unique character of the seasons and dares not to produce a vintage if the harvest doesn't meet high expectations. After at least eight years of aging in the winery, the wine achieves the perfect balance that defines Dom Pérignon—its greatest promise. This is Dom Pérignon Vintage: the fullness of harmony. The 2013 vintage proved to be a welcome return to the glorious past of late harvests. After a cold, wet winter and a cool, rainy spring, the hot, dry summer was particularly beneficial for the quality of the grapes.

Founded in 1946 by Miguel Torres Carbó, Torres 10 has become the most recognized brand in the Torres brandy scene. The careful selection of grapes, distillation, and long aging in high-quality oak barrels make Torres 10 a distillate with exceptional flavor and aroma—characteristics that have made it the world's most respected Spanish brandy. 0.7l, 38.0% vol.

For those who appreciate the quality of a fine brandy, produced entirely in Jerez, from 100% Palomino grapes, and under the care, attention, and supervision of the winery's renowned experts and oenologists. Lepanto Holanda is aged in American oak barrels previously used to mature sherry wine (Tío Pepe). There, it ages for 12 years according to the traditional criaderas and solera system. 0.7l, 36% vol.

Carlos III is a reserve solera sherry brandy, aged for an average of over a year. Its golden amber color and vibrant transparency are striking. On the nose, it is an intensely aromatic brandy, well-balanced with notes of a fine distillate and enriched with delicate pastry notes. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with toasted, sweet notes (pastries, nuts). Very elegant. 0.7l, 36% ABV.

The harvest usually begins in August and September. At the orchard, we check the freshly delivered fruit for ripeness. The white flesh should be tender but not mealy. Cored and stemmed, the pears are mashed and allowed to ferment. Demanding Production With Williams pears, a feel for, or rather a fine nose for, the precise timing of each processing step is crucial. Even small mistakes can affect the final flavor.
